Our Story

Here at Ridges Farm Flowers our aim is to grow and arrange the most beautiful seasonal flowers.

It’s a family affair - my mum Maggie has always had green fingers and is utterly unable to walk past a plant sale! My sister Cat - a converted Londoner pitching in with business and technical support. And me, Charlie, who after finding a passion for flowers during an evening floristry course, took the plunge, left my day job, and took a 12 month training position in horticulture, with support from the fantastic charity the WFGA.  Inspired by my mum’s passion, why not grow gorgeous flowers in the way nature intended, rather than fly them in?!

British grown flowers have sooo much more to give… they have gorgeous scents, they have natural character, they are freshly cut, they are sustainable, they are fantastic for our bees, butterflies, hoverflies, ladybirds and so much more! What’s not to love?

Our farm is located in the heart of Shropshire and we are passionate about looking after the world we live in. Our flowers are grown with the environment in mind every step of the way. We hope you love them as much as we do.
